Dr. Foster, a Texas native, received his undergraduate degree from Southwestern University, his Master's from Southeastern University, and his Doctorate in Strategic Leadership from Regent University, School of Business and Leadership. With over 30 years of ministry experience, Dr. Foster is an engaging communicator of the gospel and is excited to reach the greater Memphis area with the good news of Jesus Christ. Additionally, he serves as a Doctoral Chair and Professor at Southeastern University. He is a father of three, Kash, Cruz, and Eden.
Pam Elkin
Lead Pastor's Assistant / Financial Secretary
Pam is a wife, mother of two grown children, and grandmother to two grandchildren. She has attended City Church since 2004. Pam and her husband are native Memphians. She loves the Lord with all her heart and soul. Her desire is to please Him in everything she does.
Dion Paul
Youth Pastor
Dion is a native of Nassau, Bahamas, and a graduate of Governors State University, University Park, IL, receiving a bachelor’s and a master’s in communications. He is currently studying for a Master of Divinity at Memphis Theological Seminary. He is married to Dr. Kenice Paul and has three children: Gabriel, Danielle, and Ethan. Sensing a call for ministry at a young age, Dion has always involved himself with youth ministry, from youth choir to youth leader. He is passionate about seeing young people find their identity in God and walk in their God-ordained purpose.
Trenton Moore
Worship Pastor
Pastor Trenton is a native of Sardis, Mississippi. He attended Northwest Community College, where he studied Graphics Design/Arts, but soon discovered that he had a much higher calling. Trenton answered the call into ministry in 2007. The Lord put a passion and a drive inside him to preach the gospel through word and song. He’s now serving as the Worship Pastor of City Church. His wife, Brenita, serves passionately alongside him in the music ministry. They have three handsome boys: twins, Jeremiah and Josiah and baby brother Judah.
